Learn the basics of yoga so you can feel confident attending any yoga class.
Gain confidence in this series, designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Lisa offers a safe and inviting atmosphere for those learning the basics of yoga: most common poses used in yoga classes, breathing techniques, and the all-important mindset of relaxation and self-care. Classes are taught at a slower pace with lots of clear instruction for safe alignment, including variations of poses with props so you can gain the simple skills to drop into any regular yoga class.
Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.
