I began practicing yoga years ago intermittently. After knee surgery from a running injury, I needed a low impact exercise. Turning back to yoga with more commitment, I discovered a true love for the practice. I have a daily yoga/meditation practice that has changed my perspective on life.
I earned my Registered Yoga Teacher 200-hour certification with Rebecca Cohen Yoga in the Fall of 2018. I am a certified Reiki I&II practitioner. And I am excited to share what I learned and learn daily.
I am recently retired from 25 years serving Veterans and am thrilled to start a new journey.
