Press pause to the end of your busy work week with Candlelight Yoga. Suitable for all practitioners, students are guided into a series of slow, mindful movements that celebrate life. with yoga instructor Karen Reisdorf. Live music and candlelight provide a subtle backdrop to this soothing practice, which concludes with a 10 minute Savasana.
