Invert Your Life and change your perspective on handstands! Our Handstand Intensive with Matt Strobel will help you find balance and begin or deepen a handstand practice. His pragmatic approach to training will help eliminate obstacles while guiding students into this classic inversion regardless of their current skill level.
This is a level 1 - 2 hour workshop centered around developing proper functional habits that access and explore a traditional handstand. Beginners will focus on building a stable foundation and finding a static or stationary handstand while intermediate practitioners will further their ability by improving habits and finding new patterns of movement within their handstand. There will also be an opportunity to explore One Arm Handstands (OAHS).
