Yoga Sculpt is a class in the Vinyasa Flow style incorporating small hand weights adding a new spin to the everyday yoga practice. This fun yet challenging class incorporates high intensity cardio bursts and peppers in a challenging core workout to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Yoga Sculpt not only builds strength through the use of weights but also works on improving balance and flexibility. The class is fast paced and upbeat, but rest assured we still have a nice cool down with a few restorative poses and everyone's favorite way to end class- savasana!
