These policies are guidelines agreed upon by the partnership of Blue Pearl Yoga LLC in an effort to respect the time and talent of our dedicated teachers.

Refund Policy for Classes:

• We prefer to help you reschedule your class registration if at all possible. Email us at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class or two days prior to the start of the workshop, and we will assist you. bpyoga@gmail.com

• Notify the studio within 2 hours prior the start of class for a full-refund. Refunds of cash payments will be made in full. Refunds of credit card payments will be made minus the cost of processing fees we are charged.

• Notify the studio within 24 hours after class for a half-refund, this will allow us to pay the teacher for their time.

• After 24 hours, no refund will be offered.

Refund Policy for Workshops:

• Notify the studio 12 hours or more before the start of the workshop that they are unable to attend, they will be reimbursed fully.

• Notify the studio within 24 hours after the start of the workshop, for a half-refund, this will allow us to pay the teacher for their time.

• After 24 hours of the workshop, NO refund will be offered.

Class Cancellation Policy:

• If NO students are registered for a class within 1 hour of the start time, it is the teacher's discretion to cancel class.

• If NO students are registered for a workshop within 12 hours of the start time, it is the teacher's discretion to cancel the workshop.

  Weather Related Cancellation:

  • Classes will be canceled if Batavia City Schools are closed due to weather concerns.
