This quick 45 minute yoga class is for people who want to gain mobility, improve stability, and access challenging yoga poses but don't have the time for a traditional 75 minute class. Yoga instructor Patty Hawley begins with functional movement to help students find ease in poses like Side Crow, Bird of Paradise, Revolved Triangle, and more. Suitable for Level I and up. Modifications provided throughout the class.
