This slow-paced, welcoming class combines traditional yoga postures with functional movement to help you move with more strength, balance and ease--both on and off the mat. You'll be guided through mindful movement, breath awareness, short pranayama (breathing) practices and occasional meditations to help reconnect body and mind. With a focus on accessibility and self-compassion, Paua invites everyone to come as they are, honoring their body's unique story and capacity in each moment.
